Home Garden Up Date

That the Lovely lovable yet evil to her playmate. I, finally, got to see sweet pea flowers which used to die because of hot desert sun and drought. I did not have time to water them so they could not last or live long to bloom. The sweet pea fragrant is very strong and almost like exotic perfume. The lily of the Nile, which I believe that my boyfriend's mom loves, is finally blooming. I was hoping it to bloom during Mother days to give to her but it blooms much later. I think now it is time for it to bloom; in another word, it is the season to bloom.
I just love the hollyhock! If it is peach, it would make a great statement in the neighborhood. Every house--almost, in this neighborhood has it in front of the house, but, of course, it is just single petal; mine is fully double and huge. Everyone has pink so am I therefore, it can hardly be outstanding or different than anyone else. The peach color one died last year. I was not sure why because I watered both of them at the same time.
I do not remember why I was mistake zinnia seeding plants with sunflower. I dig up three 'zinnia' plants home with me. Since zinnia is not much big so I planted them almost next to each other. When they had a few more leaves, I realized that I got sunflower instead! That was good too because I love sunflower also. I hope that the big tall plant wont kill my little rose NOW is under their leaves. My plan was to have big leaves shadow and shade the weak rose but only time can tell.
I finally get to see the color of hydrangea--at least one of them, I ordered three kinds but only two survive the hardship of moving and staying in small pot. It is forever pink I think because it is pink through out and nothing else. I will try the nitrogen to see if it will change the color or not. Maybe the other is Nikko Blue Hydrangea because it has big leaves also.
There were two butterflies and a bee stopping by at the lavender. I show this white lily because it looked playful.
I was gonna continue to water my plants but there was a disturbance by a man without shirt and white short walking around and screaming including 'pervert' to some workers who are working on the fence for some of my neighbor. It has been noise from just one man for an hour or more. He was giving me a headache and my plants are getting thirstier. Someone has called the cop

To Be Raised Bed front yard or not to be

I planted dahlias border which is really short and can barely see even from inside the house. One of dahlias has beautiful bloom right now; the other one is trying to recover from depot being in the ground. I planted both at the same time.
The west side of the front yard get lot of sun and very hot; the other side is pretty much shady which I love! I finally plant Camellia, Azalea, Rhododendron, and Gardenia.
I forgot how to use the Adobe Photoshop to brighten and sharper the image. Oh, well. I have to wait till my teacher get home.

I have Camellia: Sensation, Maria Ave, and Tom Knudsen which all from Home Depot. I was ecstatic when I saw them plus they are huge and much cheaper than ship from a nursery. I need to get Camellia sinensis var. sinensis Small Leaf Tea and another with pink flower.
Winter Garden, Camforest is the best except that the cost of shipping is as much as a plant to my town. Raintree Nursery has many sections that include exotic and from far away land. I ordered many fruit trees from them. They have huge tea tree for less than Camforest.

I hear nothing from the Rogue Valley Rose about my complain. I hope they response soon at least some thing like drop a line ask what can they do for me or clarify what I want.

The middle is the front porch which has less sun so I want to plant azalea and Rhododendron. The camellia may need to be inside during the coldest of the winter. They may bloom inside; thus, I believe that will be more entertaining. I forgot I have another camellia: Marie Bracey, which bloom before Thanksgiving, but it stop and started again after Thanksgiving when the weather was chill/frost to pass new year but not pass Valentine Day.
I want to have a raised bed so that I can see flower when I sit inside with the window shade up or a bent enjoying the cool air. The porch is the coolest and warm without sun except early morning. I have to rethink about this because I use lava rock with moss around the tree as border as in Japanese maple. These lava rock do not stack very well. I found some interesting lava rock with moss.
Moss Acres. I got a few moss but I did not water them so they died or they did not have enough moisture even on a shady porch. I have to find new moss for my zen garden.

Garden pic

Rose de Rescht Portland RosesI just took some pictures to see what I have right now. I have a lot! I just do not have place or a nicer pot to put most of them to display. I love fragrant, ever bloom flower, and evergreen tree. Any combination of these will make me very happy.
Since my yard does not have fence like all the neighbors, all the trash in the neighborhood land and stay in my yard! Which idiot trash their own neighborhood!? That is not as bad as the neighbor let their dogs poop in my front yard! These dogs run wild in the street. Some of these days there may be accident involving the "loving" pooch... They will have only themselves to blame.
I took Jamie and Jordan for a walk. They were well behaved in a way meaning that I still have to correct some of their manner but most were not as bad as before. We did not encounter any dog so it made sense to have an easy walk.

The rose above is Rose de Rescht Old Roses (Portland Roses). A good bushy plant, with, neat, full flowers of purple-crimson, held well above its ample foliage. Very fragrant. Good repeating. 3 ft. x 2 ft. I do not see the "purple-crimson" color so I am happy because that color is really dark but it will match with my crimson queen Japanese maple tree on the right. If you can see the bright red that gonna be seed which I am not sure whether or not it sterilize or easy to germinate. I like the maple because it has a cascade habit. This maple will give the house a sense of Asian style which is the same as the Koi Mountain name. The true name is "Harmony" Koi Mountain. It is too bad that I have a small backyard; otherwise, I will have a koi pond along with lotus plant/flower also. The backyard will have 8 types of plums, 5 type of apples, and 4 types of cherry. I have not mention the raise bed around the back wall will have climbing roses. Most of the rose is damask and will be on a shadier side of the house; otherwise none of the bloom will survive. I will collect most of the bloom and make nice dry bouquet. It is too bad that they will only bloom once in the spring time except for Autumn Damask R. damascena bifera 'Quatre Saisons.

I made pork tenderloin in tomato paste with white onion, cracked pepper and cajun style spices all in a slow cooker for almost 6 hours because it is a huge piece. The smell is amazing! I was thinly slice the meat as much as possible. It was cover in it own sauce and premium roasted garlic oil reserve Late harvest from TEMECULA OLIVE OIL COMPANY which is the best tastiest olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I have been using the Roasted garlic olive oil almost on everything and the citrus use mostly on salmon and chicken. The pomegranate balsamic vinegar is used on fruit salad that goes with pork chop. Yum! Let get back to this dish. There is lot of sea salt on the sliced tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pure unrefined brown sugar cane on the strawberry slices. The left over will be make into sloppy Joe and sandwich.
